Feasibility Study and Co-Design
We analyze each request starting from the customer’s drawing, studying the most effective technical solution. We suggest suitable heat treatments and coatings or, in the case of already defined specifications, we carefully evaluate the project’s feasibility, offering our engineering support.
Prototype and Pre-Series
Thanks to our internal tooling department, we quickly produce pre-series from 1,000 to 5,000 pieces. This service allows customers to validate the product before mass production, with sample delivery times of a few weeks.
Stamping, Rolling, and Heat Treatment
We use modern two-blow or multi-station presses, all made in Italy, to ensure quality and precision. Subsequently, we perform rolling, including washer application, and conclude with internal quenching heat treatments.
Secondary Operations
We have CNC lathes for additional operations such as under-head machining, threading, or specific customizations. This allows us to meet the most complex technical requirements with maximum flexibility.
Treatments and Coatings
We collaborate with a network of highly selected partners to offer surface treatments and coatings that enhance the performance, resistance, and durability of our components.
Optical and Mechanical Selection
We guarantee the quality of the parts through optical or mechanical sorting machines, verifying dimensions, tolerances, and absence of cracks, in line with the highest PPM standards required by the market.
