Directions:

From Milan: take the A1 highway towards Bologna.
Once you have reached Bologna drive along the highway A14 direction Ancona.

Pass the exit Bologna-San Lazzaro and continue on the A14 for about 18 km.

Take the next exit : CASTEL SAN PIETRO TERME. Past the toll-booth, turn right, pass a double bridge until you get to Via San Carlo, which leads to a small roundabout. Pass the roundabout and take the first road on the right, Via Fornace, which is the entrance of the ZONA INDUSTRIALE POGGIO PICCOLO.
